The Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC) program provides you with the following 15 point diagnostic for each unit per household once a year.
HEATING SERVICE	AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE
Check main burners and pilot Check thermostat and heat anticipator Check primary relay Check all safety controls Check filters & belts Grease or oil motors & bearings (if needed) Check humidifiers Check Fuel supply & pressures Check flame and air resistance Check blower motor, wheel & bearings Check ignition components Check thermal coupling Check electrical components Check fan & limit controls	Check filters (and changed if supplied by owner) Check belts Grease or oil motor bearings (if needed) Check temperatures & pressures on condenser unit Check fans Check refrigerant charge Check condenser coil Check condensate line & pumps Check condensate pans Check motors & bearings Check fan blades Check expansion valve Check relays Check blower wheels Check electrical connections
We will provide a detailed report of all actions required to maintain your system.  Any service required will be quoted at a 10-20% discounted rate after the diagnostic.  All customers that sign up for this program will be given priority service over non-program customers. This agreement is only for customers who own a residential 1-2 family home.  3 family or greater homes, buildings & warehouses, or customers who receive oil thru G.C.
