report of all actions required to maintain your system. All customers
that sign up for this program will be given priority service
over non-program customers.

is only for customers who own a 3 family or greater home, building,
or warehouse, or is a customer who receives oil thru G.C. Reliable
Service, Inc. (who are required to have this agreement).
Customers who own 1-2 family homes, are considered residential accounts and require the
Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC). For
